• Change your baby's diaper often.
• Let your baby's skin dry completely before putting a clean diaper on and leave him/her diaper-free whenever possible.
• Natural sunlight and fresh air are very beneficial to the diaper area (don't overdo the sun though).
• When putting a diaper on make sure that it is loose enough for air to circulate.
• Avoid harsh soaps, baby wipes, or any fragranced products.
• If using cloth diapers, ensure that they are washed thoroughly in very hot water and that all detergent is thoroughly rinsed out of them.
