Journey
Home
is the first Arbor album release from Chippewa Cree
singer, songwriter and actress Mishi Donovan. The album
received critical acclaim, including a 2001 Juno
nomination for “Best Music Of Aboriginal Canada”. Journey
Home represents, in the words of Mishi, “ a
journey home to a place of peace which, in my
experience, is found with my creator.” This release is
a collection of powerful and moving songs, which
compliment her abilities as a competent songwriter and
performer. Her magnetism and originality led her to
victory at the 1998 Juno Awards. Mishi Donovan won
“Best Music Of Aboriginal Canada”
