What are NaturalEco's NewMama
Drops and how
can they help me?
NaturalEco
NewMama drops are formulated to improve postpartum health
and vitality, promote the flow of breast milk and safely
regulate hormone levels after childbirth.
Although pregnancy and childbirth are
natural and healthy processes, your body and hormonal
systems, as well as your emotions, are subjected to great
changes within a short period of time.
Along with the joy of welcoming your
new baby into your life also comes the stress of sleepless
nights, a higher workload, the extra physiological demands
of breastfeeding and the adjustment to the new parental
role.
All of this can make it very difficult
for the body and the soul to adjust and return to 'normal'!
In addition, many women are eager to return to their
pre-birth figures and energy levels after 9 months in
maternity clothes!
NewMama Drops are a 100% natural
remedy containing specially selected herbal ingredients to
promote optimum health and recovery after childbirth. The
herbal ingredients in NewMama Drops have also been carefully
selected for their safety during breastfeeding.
Used regularly during the months
following childbirth, NewMama Drops will help to gently and
effectively restore hormonal balance and pre-birth vitality.
As a bonus, the additional benefits of these effective
herbal ingredients include the promotion of lactation (milk
production) and digestive health both for yourself and for
your baby if you are breastfeeding!
NewMama Drops contain the
following proven ingredients:
Angelica sinensis
(Don Quai) acts as a hormone regulator and is indispensable
in bringing the hormones into balance after pregnancy and
childbirth, helping to prevent moodiness and hot flashes
often experienced after childbirth. This herb is highly
respected in Traditional Chinese Medicine and also acts as a
tonic herb for the reproductive system, addressing the
overall health of your reproductive organs. Don Quai also
helps to treat PCOS, irregular periods and the symptoms of
estrogen dominance.
Zinziber officinalis
(Ginger) is well-known as a digestive remedy and
anti-inflammatory herb. It is commonly used for digestive
upsets and inflammatory diseases such as arthritis. Ginger
also acts as a tonic for the uterus and stimulates the
uterine muscles, improving shrinking of this organ back to
its original, smaller size.
Anethum graveolens
(Dill seeds) are well-known to stimulate the milk flow of a
nursing mother and, when taken regularly, can impart the
anti-colic properties onto your breast-feeding baby. This
herb acts as a gentle diuretic to treat water retention- a
very common problem experienced with late pregnancy and
after childbirth - and is also an excellent ingredient for
relieving gas and cramps, both for yourself and for your
baby!
Testimonials
'After my first
two children were born I felt moody and out of whack for
weeks after the births. I was obviously lacking sleep and
adjusting to a new baby in the house, but I could also feel
that my hormones were all over the place. When my third
child- my first daughter- was born, I used your
NewMama drops and I could really feel the
difference! Within days of the birth I felt energetic yet
balanced and found that this made a huge difference to how I
coped with the practicalities of having a small baby around.
All this despite my steadily advancing age… I really am
impressed!' Carol, MA
'Thanks to your
Natural Eco remedies I have breezed through the first month
of my baby's life! Your NewMama Drops were
the biggest miracle-workers: I was up and about and feeling
great so soon after Kelly was born that my family was
getting worried and telling me to take it easy! What a
wonderful find- I've already told all my friends from my
antenatal class about these!' Muriel
How do I use NewMama Drops?
Add approximately ¼ cup just boiled
water to 15 drops of tincture and allow to cool. Drink as is
or diluted further in water or juice. Use three times daily
for 6-12 weeks after giving birth.
Caution:
Not recommended during pregnancy.
What else can help?
The weeks and months following the
birth of your baby will be exciting, but also challenging as
you adjust to your new role and responsibilities. You may
feel overwhelmed and exhausted at first but bear in mind
that this stage will not last long and once you have
established a routine and gained confidence in being a
mother, things will seem a whole lot easier.
Don't try to be a super-woman!
Remember that caring for and raising a child was never meant
to be just one person's responsibility. Accept help from
your friends and family- whether it is help with the chores
or watching the baby, this will help to free up a little of
your time and energy.
Try to get as much rest as possible by
sleeping when your baby is taking a nap. Make resting your
priority and don't worry too much about housework at this
stage. Incorporate some exercise and gentle stretching into
your daily routine. Don't worry though: carrying your baby
around and taking him/her for a walk in the stroller
certainly counts as exercise!
Pay attention to your diet and
nutrition levels, especially if you are breastfeeding. Eat
plenty of fresh, nutritious and raw fruit and vegetables,
sufficient good quality protein and healthy non-processed
carbohydrates. Don't forget to drink at least 8 glasses of
preferably filtered or natural spring water daily. Avoid
caffeine, chocolate, excess sugar and alcohol.
Also, put your partner or other
willing babysitter to work and try to do an adult activity,
like having a cup of (caffeine free!) coffee with a friend,
whenever you can!
